Who we are

Logic Control & Telemetry is a South African system integrator. We design, programme and commission automation projects, then keep the resulting data usable through dashboards, reporting and a historian when the SCADA archive is not enough.

We work across South Africa and broader African industrial sites. The people who scope the job are the ones who commission it, from control philosophy through design, panels, software, site acceptance and handover documentation.

What we actually do

Stable control where an interlock has to hold. Remote visibility where a pump station sits on a radio that will drop. Reporting that does not start as a spreadsheet assembled from SCADA screens. Historian platforms that keep years of tags without forcing operations onto the last shift the archive still holds.

Manie Maritz is the founder and Director of Logic Control & Telemetry (Pty) Ltd. With more than 18 years in industrial automation, he specialises in PLC engineering, SCADA/HMI development, commissioning, telemetry and industrial IoT architectures.

TDengine Historian is part of the same SI offer as PLC, SCADA and telemetry. We deploy TSDB and IDMP on plants that need a proper historian: sites with no historian yet, replacements of whatever they run today, and plants that keep their current historian running while we stand TDengine up beside it. We are a TDengine System Integrator (SI).
